You may read, download, print, share and adapt PHIG’s own content under the CC BY 4.0 licence with attribution, for any purpose including commercial, provided you do not imply PHIG’s endorsement and do not misrepresent the content, its date or its source. Third-party material is excluded from the licence and remains with its owners.
2. Not advice
Content is general information for the public and for health professionals. It is not individual medical, clinical, legal, regulatory or financial advice. Clinical resources are professional summaries of named source documents; decisions about any patient rest with the treating clinician. Never delay seeking care because of something read here; in an emergency call 112 in Georgia.
3. Accuracy and currency
Every page states its sources and date where figures or guidance appear. Guidance and law change; check the original source for the current text. PHIG corrects errors on request and keeps a corrections record.
4. Submissions
If you send PHIG a message, a document, a proposal under a research call, or a verdict request through a network platform, you confirm you have the right to do so and you grant PHIG a licence to use it for the purpose for which it was sent. Personal data in submissions are handled under the privacy policy and Policy 05. Manuscript submissions to the Georgian Medical Journal are governed by the journal’s own author terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the site or its data to harass, deceive or harm anyone, to scrape personal data, to attack the site, or to train or sell systems that present PHIG content as your own without attribution.
