- This manual (or a public summary of each policy) and how to raise a concern.
- Annual report with activities and results.
- Audited financial statements, within six months of year end.
- List of institutional funders and amounts received each year (Policy 4).
- Related organisations and declared institutional conflicts of interest (Policy 2).
Disclosure limits
PHIG does not publish personal data, security-sensitive information, the identities of people who report concerns or of survivors, or information a donor asks to keep confidential for legitimate reasons. Requests for information are answered within 20 working days.
